Alaska Pollock
This delicious white fish is caught using sustainable methods in the icy waters of the Pacific Ocean in and around the Gulf of Alaska. Pollock fillet has a wonderful white colour and soft texture. Once caught, the pollock is carefully processed to fully preserve its unique taste and structure.

This flavourful mackerel comes from a sustainable fishery operating off the coast of Great Britain. The mackerel is caught using the mid-water trawl and ‘purse-seine’ methods. Once caught the mackerel is carefully processed.

North Sea Herring
This savoury wild herring is caught in the North Sea. After the traditional spring catch, the herring is carefully processed according to traditional methods, so that the unique taste and texture are fully preserved.

Brittany Sardines
These superb sardines are caught during the months of August to December off the southern coast of Brittany, or Bretagne. The sustainable catch is conducted at night time using the traditional ‘bolinche’ method, from authentic French fishing boats. Immediately after the catch the sardines are canned fresh, so that their unique flavour and structure remain entirely intact. A small portion of the catch is traded fresh on the market. Delicious on the barbecue!
