The pure fish that Fishes sources from the selected authentic fisheries, combined with the smoking methods of our experienced smoke masters, produce superb smoked products. The wild Alaska salmon and Albacore tuna are smoked cold, whereas the mackerel from Scotland is smoked warm, according to a traditional method. Fishes offers a wide range of tasty frozen products, all of the highest quality. The fish brought in to port by the daily boat trips of small-scale fisheries is processed and frozen immediately, to up to minus 60 degrees Centigrade. The boats that make longer trips have modern equipment on board to freeze the fish almost instantly. This way, the texture, flavour and nutritional values are optimally preserved. So actually, there's no product fresher than this! Fishes offers natural fish products as well as products that have been processed and cooked. Nice and easy!
